4 Must-Try Fall Fashion Accessory Trends

With Fall closing in sometime around mid-September, we can already smell the Pumpkin Spiced Lattes in the air! As many of us may already know from the Fall-Winter 2022 shows, runway after runway, some interesting trends have popped up. A common trend that we see from the fashion-forward trendsetters and acclaimed fashion designers of the world this Fall is, go big or go home. Let’s take a look at what that means exactly from these trends below:

1. Stacking Statement Bangles - Bangles and bracelets have been a mainstay in fashion for so long, but to pull off a new trend is not an easy feat. Brands like Saint Laurent and Chanel showcased during their Fall-Winter shows that when it comes to bracelets and bangles they know how to make too much seem like just the right amount. We saw not just big statement bangles and bracelets, but stacks of these accessories that seem to have stolen the show. It seems that Saint Laurent’s creative director Anthony Vaccarello is pushing to bring back bold fashion trends into 2022. Time to jump on the bandwagon.

2. Giant White Pearls - Pearls are definitely IN this Fall, but it might not be what you imagine. Brands like Versace, Tory Burch, and Givenchy have shown in their collections that giant pearls might just be the next big thing. Shiny giant pearl accessories were spotted up and down the runway this season, in the form of rings, necklaces, and bracelets. So, perhaps it’s time to explore pearls again?

3. Stunning Neck Scarves - Ever wanted to OOTD like one of those pretty actresses with flowing scarves, fluttering dramatically in the wind, from old black and white movies? Well, now you can, with the rebirth of the neck scarf! English luxury brand Vivienne Westwood, and Italian high fashion brand Miu Miu flourished on the catwalk during Paris Fashion Week with their chic rendition of the neck scarf. It adds a nice touch of flair to their outfits, and surely will to yours too.

4. Flora & Fauna Motifs - Renowned fashion designer and creative director of Carolina Herrera, Wes Gordon, combined two accessory trends into one in their Fall 2022 Ready-To-Wear collection. One such depiction is the oversized crystal floral bib necklace where the floral and fauna vibes add strong character to the look. Other brands such as Botter and Miu Miu were also having fun with the theme in their floral-based jewelry. It seems that animals and plants are also making a comeback.
